WHAT TO BRING TO THE PERMIT TEST: 

-Blue slip.This is given to all students on the last day of classroom session.

 -$29.50.  

-S.S CARD.

-Current secondary school (grades 7-12) student identification card with students name, photograph, and date of birth. THIS IS NOT NEEDED IF YOU HAVE THE S.S CARD AND BIRTH CERTIFICATE.

-Birth Certificate. It must be an actual certificate, not a photo copy.

-Parent or legal guardian.  

WHAT TO BRING TO THE ROAD TEST: 

-The White Card:Given to all students on their 3rd behind the wheel.
